TONING AND MAINTAINING BLONDE Mix 1 part Shimmer Lights Permanent Cream Toner with 2 parts 10 vol Cream Developer to neutralize brass and achieve cool, shiny results. Apply and process for 15-30 minutes, then rinse, shampoo, and condition.

Use Shimmer Lights award-winning, protein-enriched color-enhancing purple shampoo twice a week, or as needed, to tone down brassiness. For extra neutralizing or toning, leave the shampoo on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing.

After shampooing, use the Shimmer Lights Conditioner twice a week, or as needed, to help renew faded highlights and brighten silver or gray hair.
